We have broken the process down into five steps for your review:
Step 1. Data Identification and Upload: The client identifies the records in its internal database that need Email Appending. Once identified this database is sent to GoroiData via email or FTP Upload. The database can be sent in any format, our team is equipped to handle all kinds of database formats. Once uploaded, the database is picked by GoroiData for processing.
Step 2. Match and Enhance: Once received by GoroiData database is formatted so that it can be matched with our Master Database of 40 million Consumer records with emails. During the matching process, whenever there is match found with the name and address in the clients database, the corresponding email is added from our master database to the client's database.
Step 3. Verification: After the match process is over, the Appended emails are verified for delivery. The verification process is semi-automated. With the help of our proprietary tools and 80 member data team, our average match rates in the consumer append domain are over 45%.
Step 4. Opt-Out Message (Optional): Either the client or the data company can perform this step. At the completion of the Email Appending Process, a standard message is sent to the newly Appended Emails indicating that the append client wishes to communicate with them via email. This email gives the recipient the opportunity to opt-out if they choose. After allowing 5-7 business days for all responses, the opt-outs are removed from the database.
Step 5. Download: Upon the successful completion of the Email Appending Process, the appended database is then reformatted to the original file format and is kept ready for delivery the client. It can be either emailed or can be downloaded from our site. We can also deliver the database in CD or tape format.

During the matching process, whenever there is match found with the name, business name and address in the clients database, the corresponding email is added from our master database to the client’s database and this process will continue till the last record.
After the match process is over, the appended emails are verified for delivery. The verification process is semi-automated. With the help of our proprietary tools we verify all the mails for deliverability and again our 200-member data team will manually verify each appended emails. So our average match rates are over 80%.
At the completion of the append process step a standard message is sent to the newly appended emails indicating that the append client wishes to communicate with them via email. This email gives the recipient the opportunity to opt-out if they choose. After allowing 5-7 business days for all responses, the opt-outs are removed from the database.

Using secure email append procedures, and observing strict email append confidentiality, we match each name in your list against our in-house opt-in databases, to add append email addresses to your off-line file.
We work with you to draft copy for a "Welcome" opt-in message in html, text and aol versions, to be sent to the matched email addresses, asking for permission to future email communications from you.
We submit the email draft to you for approval to complete the email append process.
We send your approved "Welcome" message to each of the confirmed and valid email address that is matched to your off-line file.
